Sivakumar Can Be Investigated For Alleged Misconduct

I heard the news from radio earlier. When reached home, I managed to take a quick look on the details. I am surprised to hear a top official in MACC can make this announcement.

In what way Sivakumar has committed offence? First the SUK, then DUN secrectary, PDRM, unusual restraining order from courts, now MACC?

What's next? Can the Islamic Council charge Sivakumar? Then Jabatan Alam Sekitar charge him? Then Jabatan Perlindungan Haiwan Liar? Charge for what we don't have to know. Seems impossible is possible; THEY are using any mean possible to keep this Sivakumar in trouble.

'For the sake of state security' <-- Sound familliar?

Judging on what had happened the recent weeks, it seems that Pakatan Rakyat is losing somehow. Not because PR is bad. If they managed to turn a losing-money-Perak into RM 980 million profit making state (in just 11 months!!!), they had proved to be a better government. Rakyats are with them. Consitutional and all legal aspects are on their side. But THEY said NO!THEY means you-know-who)

If THEY claimed Sivakumar's actions are illegal, why are they so afraid until they have to sought QC advise, block the state secretarial building, distorting facts, bla bla bla bla...? Are they afraid of losing more if they opted for re-election? 

Our halal MB wish to meet the Sultan - I believe he has the answers already. PR insists on following law despite the outcomes may throw them to Holland again (soal air muka I think???). This, I suppose is the spirit of democracy though suicidal.

Judging on our last records (1969, 1987 & 1997), THEY wish to stay in power by all means. They manipulated the judiciary boards, PDRM, ACA or even gangsters to stir the pots to be more rowdy. This will be dragged until nobody in Perak can live in peace. 

- THEY uses the excuse 'Disrespect to His Royal Highness' and put all Pakatan ADUNs in sedition act. 

- THEY instigated hatery among multi-ethnic Perakians (Perak's PR was seen very-DAP, due to their larger presence in Perak)

- THEY purposely let the situation worsen and when the rakyats feel the heat, THEY will come up with micro-stimilus to bribe the rakyat (when rakyat becomes too desperate to overcome economy crisis)

- THEY manipulate the legal/law enforcement authorities to create obstacles-ala-TommyThomas against PR (lawyer is always lawyer; puma and tiger are always cats)

- THEY claimed to FIGHT to the last breath to protect Sultan and their Malayness(scary.........??? Daulat Tuanku or Daulat UMNO)

All of us may predict that these may happened (and it HAPPENED!). But what is more frightening are Dr. Zambry's remarks on 'state security'. Check out
